JUST EMMA

Just Emma went from recording radio shows on her dual cassette deck as a child to volunteering at a radio station in high school. When she dropped out of film school, all she kept thinking was “I’d sure like to do radio again, that was fun!” Her first post-college radio appearance was as a guest DJ in 2011. After getting her own show on community radio in 2013, she has done pretty much whatever she can in radio, finally getting hired at her favorite station, CD 92.9 FM, in 2022. 

Just Emma loves obscure music trivia, good cups of tea, her record collection, and going way too hard for holidays. When she’s not out at concerts, Just Emma is usually at home with her husband and her two cats Arthur and Cowboy listening to The Monkees, Death Cab For Cutie, They Might Be Giants or Jellyfish.
